Rental Car and Scooter Conditions
The rental period begins at the time of vehicle (car or scooter) delivery and ends when it is returned to our offices. Each rental day is calculated based on a 24-hour period.

Security Deposit
A security deposit is required at the time of rental, with the amount varying depending on the chosen model. The deposit will be held and returned at the end of the rental period, subject to vehicle inspection.
What’s Included in the Rental
- Unlimited Kilometers
- Liability insurance (RCA)
- Vehicle transport insurance
- Taxes and fees
- Road maps
- Security chain
- Approved helmets (for scooter rentals)
Not Included in the Rental
- Fuel
- Delivery and pickup of the vehicle at locations other than our offices
- Fines, penalties for infractions, and unpaid tolls
Additional Services
The following additional services are available upon request for an extra fee:
- Addition of a second driver
- Towing service on call
